Hi Todd, I'm Missy and I too suffer from cronic pain. I have always had back pain and suffer from TMJ. I have found relief in the form of a great chiropractor, but he lives 2 hours away so I don't get to see him too often. he has almost "cured" my tmj...it no longer cracks as much and never locks up (knock on wood). its amazing....i forget what the treatment is called - i'll ask him next time, but its not widely used.
Hi Todd I'm Sparky - having had a heart attack at the not too too old age of 49 I now suffer from acute angina - it's a bit like back pain (nagging) - yes Missy I got that too!! - or toothache (piercing and irritating) plus it gets worse when I overdo things so it can be very frustrating too. I have medication that helps dull the pain but being a sulker I'm not great at taking it, I have 5 different meds a day that keep me alive. Good luck with the support group!!
